What size birthing ball do I need?

The birthing ball size you need all depends on your height which makes things quite simple. If you are above 5 feet 10 inches (178cm) you will need a 75cm birthing ball and if you are smaller than this a 65cm ball will be perfect for you.

When can I start to start using the birthing ball?

We have exercises and stretches for every trimester, including the 4th! Our ball comes into its own in the final trimester and from around 32 weeks onwards, helping open your pelvis and assist in moving your baby into an anterior position.

Can I use my birthing ball after birth?
